About the position

Our client is looking for an Oral Health Therapist to join our clients’ team in Perth on a 9-month contract. This position suits an OHT who enjoys a busy schedule, values a supportive team environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive and periodontal care.
You’ll manage a full and varied caseload, building rapport with regular patients while also seeing new patients through consistent referrals and walk-ins.

Typical procedures and services may include:

• Comprehensive oral health assessments and hygiene appointments
• Scale and cleans, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
• Oral health education, prevention planning, and tailored home-care programs
• Children’s dentistry (within scope), fissure sealants and preventive care
• Whitening and other supportive treatments (where offered)
• Supporting triage for dental emergencies and coordinating follow-up care

Key Requirements

• AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist
• Confident delivering hygiene and periodontal care in a busy clinic
• Strong communication and a patient-first, prevention-led approach
• Ability to work independently with excellent time management
• Team mindset and willingness to collaborate with dentists and support staff
• Full adult scope required
