About the position Our client is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead a premium cosmetic dental clinic in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational leadership but also values structure, support and sustainable working conditions.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across team leadership, practice performance, patient experience, reporting and process improvement.
You will oversee daily clinic operations, support the front-of-house and clinical support teams, manage the appointment book and help ensure patients receive a seamless experience throughout their treatment journey. The clinic provides high-value cosmetic and restorative dental treatments, including veneers, dental implants, crowns, teeth whitening, Invisalign, smile makeovers and other aesthetic procedures.
Key responsibilities include: - Managing daily operations across a premium dental clinic
- Overseeing the appointment book, patient flow and chair utilisation
- Leading and supporting front-of-house and clinical support staff
- Working closely with senior leadership on reporting and performance
- Improving systems, workflows and patient communication processes
- Supporting treatment conversion and patient retention
- Managing suppliers, inventory and practice costs
- Maintaining a calm, organised and professional clinic environment
- Handling escalated patient enquiries with discretion and care
- Upholding premium service standards across every patient touchpoint
Key Requirements: - Experience as a Practice Manager in dental, medical aesthetics or premium healthcare
- Strong organisational skills and confidence managing daily operations
- Ability to lead, support and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
- Commercial awareness across bookings, revenue, utilisation and patient flow
- Understanding of premium patient service and high-value treatment journeys
- Confident communication skills with patients, staff and senior leadership
- Experience with practice management software, ideally Dental4Web
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot, highly regarded
- Background in cosmetic, implant or high-value dental settings desirable
- Familiarity with AHPRA compliance requirements is advantageous
