What you will be doing:

As a senior figure within the commercial team, you will:

• Work with a range of clients including private companies, national brands, entrepreneurs, and family-run enterprises
• Advise on a broad mix of commercial and corporate matters including:
  
  • Business structuring and reorganisations
  • Shareholder and joint venture agreements
  • Commercial contracts and negotiation
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate governance and directors’ duties
  • Competition, consumer law, and regulatory compliance
  • Commercial disputes and risk mitigation strategies
• Enjoy the autonomy to lead your own matters and build out your client offering in a supported environment
• Be encouraged to contribute to the firm's profile and long-term growth in Sydney

Requirements:

• 10+ years PAE with a focus on commercial law
• An existing client base or strong referral network
• A desire to join a growing team and contribute at a leadership level
• Client-focused, collaborative, and commercially pragmatic
