About the Company:

Our client is a boutique practice backed by a broader international group of professional service providers. Their Commercial Law arm acts for business owners, developers, investors, and landlords across a mix of leasing, contract advisory, asset structuring, and regulatory work. With multilingual staff and a non-hierarchical ethos, the firm is focused on growing its partner base with like-minded lawyers.

About the Position:

You’ll step into a strategic Partner role with responsibility for managing your own files and client relationships while contributing to firm direction. You’ll work across commercial leasing, business sales and acquisitions, property transactions, and tailored contract advice. With autonomy over fees, client onboarding, and structure, this is a genuine opportunity to scale your practice in a supported, low-pressure setting.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years' Commercial Law experience
• Must bring a transferable client base ($200k-$400k+)
• Ability to lead matters and collaborate with other partners
• Alignment with a culturally inclusive, outcome-driven environment
