About the Position:

Our client is looking for an Associate-level Commercial Property Lawyer (around 4–5 PAE) to join our clients' team and work across a diverse pipeline of commercial and residential property transactions.

This is a role for someone who enjoys running matters end-to-end, building trusted client relationships, and stepping into bigger, more complex files with the backing of experienced Partners and a collaborative team.

Your work will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential property sites
• Transactions involving retail shopping centres and hotel assets
• Vendor and purchaser due diligence investigations, reporting and risk analysis
• Drafting and negotiating contracts of sale and associated transaction documents
• Advising fund managers, institutional clients, property trusts, developers and government-owned corporations
• Supporting with settlement management, critical dates, and transaction coordination

Key Requirements:

• 4–5 years PAE in commercial property (top-tier, mid-tier, or quality boutique experience welcomed)
• Strong experience in acquisitions/disposals and transaction management
• Due diligence capability (including summarising and reporting on key risks)
• Confident drafting and negotiation skills with a practical, commercial approach
• Sound attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage competing priorities
• A team-first mindset and confidence communicating directly with clients
