The firm Specialises in property law, commercial law, conveyancing, leasing, family law, litigation, employment, wills and estates, and business disputes.
About the Position: Due to the retirement of a long-standing senior practitioner, this is a rare succession opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer or Commercial Lawyer to step into an established role with immediate access to a healthy, ongoing pipeline of quality work.
Salary Range and Features of this position: - Salary Range : $160,000 - $170,000

- Outstanding support from a seasoned property legal secretary (20+ years) for maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Manage a steady stream of property law and commercial law matters, including:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing, transfers, and settlements.
- Leasing (retail, commercial), agreements, and negotiations.
- Property acquisitions, developments, due diligence, and joint ventures.
- Commercial contracts, business sales/purchases, and related advice.
- Property disputes, compulsory acquisitions, and litigation support.
- Direct client interaction, building long-term relationships with North Shore clients.
Key Requirements – Property Lawyer / Commercial Lawyer - Admitted Solicitor in NSW with 7+ years PQE (ideally 7–10+ years) in property law and/or commercial law.
- Strong experience in conveyancing, leasing, commercial transactions, contracts, and property-related matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills with a practical, client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage files independently while collaborating in a close-knit team.
- NSW admission and current practising certificate essential.
