The role

You’ll advise clients across diverse sectors, balancing complex contract work with dispute resolution. You’ll work closely with partners who prioritise team wellbeing and sustainable work practices.

• Run client meetings on construction procurement & delivery
• Draft & negotiate D&C, O&M & collaborative contracts
• Handle disputes with a resolution-first mindset
• Contribute to mentoring in a supportive team setting

Key requirements

• 4-5 years PAE in construction law
• Strong drafting & contract negotiation skills
• Ability to balance complex work with teamwork
• Commitment to sustainable work practices
