Our client is a leading national commercial law firm, renowned for delivering intelligent and commercially driven solutions. They are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney CBD.

You’ll work closely with Principals and a high-performing team on a wide variety of disputes, including insolvency and bankruptcy matters, while enjoying a collaborative and people-focused culture. • Attractive salary package (flexible depending on experience) | $140,000 - $170,000 (Guide)

About the Position:
The successful candidate will:

• Manage a diverse range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters
• Advise insolvency practitioners and directors on restructuring and recovery strategies
• Work across asset sales, capital raising, debt recovery, receiverships, and safe harbour advice
• Provide PPSA advice to secured creditors and manage litigation in multiple jurisdictions
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Collaborate with colleagues nationally and contribute to business development initiatives
• Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ PAE in litigation and dispute resolution (insolvency experience highly regarded)
• Strong technical, drafting, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently and deliver practical, commercial outcomes
• Proven experience in advising on insolvency, restructuring, and directors’ duties
• Excellent client relationship skills and collaborative team mindset
• Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability
