About the practice

Our client is a boutique Melbourne property firm with a team of five. They pride themselves on building strong client relationships and fostering a supportive, collegiate culture. With no billable hour model, their lawyers enjoy realistic workloads while still gaining exposure to high-quality transactions and disputes.

What you’ll do day to day

You’ll work on a steady flow of varied property transactions and development matters, always with the backing of senior partners.

• Handle residential, commercial, and industrial transactions
• Assist on mining-related property and joint venture matters
• Support clients with finance and subdivision requirements
• Enjoy autonomy with direct access to clients and partners

What you bring

• Victorian admitted lawyer with 2–3 years’ PAE
• Previous property law experience (front-end focus ideal)
• A collaborative and practical approach to client service
• Strong drafting and problem-solving skills
