About the Role:
As a Corporate M&A Lawyer with 3-6 years PAE, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's continued success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert legal counsel to top-tier corporate clients.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating intricate contracts and agreements.
- Overseeing complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
- Mentoring junior lawyers, fostering their growth and development.
- Participating in business development initiatives to expand the firm’s client portfolio.
Key Requirements: - 3-6 years PAE in corporate law, ideally within a reputable private practice firm
- Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring
- Unrestricted practicing certificate in QLD
