The Position!

Our client is seeking an intermediate to senior litigation solicitor to join their team, working across a broad range of litigation matters including pre-litigation negotiations and dispute resolution, alongside commercial and estate litigation. You will manage your own file load with autonomy, from initial instruction through to resolution.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' PAE in commercial and/or estate litigation
• Strong file and client management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and run matters to completion
• Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and practice directions
• Willingness to mentor junior staff while continuing your own development
• A collaborative team player

Our client is open to being flexible on experience for the right candidate.
