Senior Corporate Lawyer opening with a prestigious Sydney CBD commercial and corporate practice. The role is suited to a Senior Associate level lawyer who has ambitions to reach Special Counsel Level. 

About the Role :
  
The position focuses on a range of complex and interesting areas of corporate practice including M&A, ECM, corporate governance, commercial law including privacy and business structuring. You will also have access to cross-border investment and transactions, fundraising, managed investment schemes and the provision of Corporations Act advices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' PQE from a recognised corporate and commercial practice
• Commercial acumen and the ability to offer excellent client service

• Team orientated and collaborative in nature.
