Our client is a well-established, specialist family law practice with a multi-office presence across Melbourne. The firm is looking for a Senior Family Lawyer with minimum 7+ years PAE in Family Law to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis, based from their inner north Melbourne office. 

The firm is located in the Coburg, Brunswick, Moonee Ponds pocket of Inner Noirth Melbourne.

Salary range and Benefits offered:

About the role
You'll take carriage of a senior family law caseload, working alongside partners and the wider team.
• Managing complex property settlements, parenting matters and binding financial agreements from instruction through resolution
• Appearing in court and at mediation, providing strong advocacy for clients
• Advising on de facto, same-sex relationship, child support and family violence matters
• Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the practice's collaborative culture
• Liaising directly with clients, counsel and allied professionals

What you'll bring
• 7+ years PAE with a strong, dedicated family law background
• Current Victorian practising certificate
• Confidence running complex property and parenting matters autonomously
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, comfortable in court and at mediation
• Genuine interest in mentoring and contributing to a collaborative team culture
