About the Position:
This is a growth-focused role for a senior family lawyer ready to step up to Special Counsel or Partner (based on years of exp). You’ll be encouraged to lead strategy and drive the expansion of the family law offering in the Melbourne office. Enjoy freedom in how you work—plus access to cross-practice referrals, BD support and a genuinely collaborative team.
Key Requirements: - 8+ years' PAE in family law
- Confident managing high-value or cross-jurisdictional matters
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Portable practice of $150k+ preferred to be considered for Partner level
