Join a tight-knit legal team in Bundall with a focus on culture, mentorship, and growth.

3 Key Points:
  • Be part of a genuinely supportive and inclusive team
  • Learn from approachable, experienced legal mentors
  • Great work, great people, and real professional development
Our client is a respected boutique law firm based on the Gold Coast, recognised not only for its legal excellence across Property, Commercial, and Family Law—but also for its standout workplace culture. The team takes pride in working collaboratively, celebrating wins together, and supporting one another through every challenge. This is a place where people are genuinely valued, and professional development is part of the everyday experience.

About the Position:

This is a rare opportunity for a Property Lawyer who thrives in a team-focused environment. You’ll be welcomed into a close-knit group of professionals who enjoy working together and are committed to helping each other grow.

You’ll be exposed to a broad range of property work—residential and commercial conveyancing, subdivisions, development advisory, and leasing. Whether you're stepping into your next challenge or looking to refine your expertise, you'll be fully supported to develop your skills, deepen your legal knowledge, and work toward your long-term goals.

What makes this role different? It’s not just about the work—it’s about the people, the guidance, and the commitment to seeing each lawyer succeed.

Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2–4 years PAE in Property Law (from a private practice background)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage matters independently
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for client service
  • A desire to grow within a firm that supports your personal and career development
On Offer:
  • A nurturing and inclusive workplace where you are never just a number
  • Mentorship from senior lawyers who are invested in your success
  • Clear support structures for progression and training
  • Access to a steady flow of interesting property work and client interaction
  • A vibrant coastal location—warm weather, strong local schools, and lifestyle perks
  • Competitive salary, regular performance check-ins, and real work-life balance
