About the Firm

Our client is a boutique Family Law firm based in Melbourne’s South West, known for its approachable culture and trusted community presence. While Family Law is their core focus, the team also advises in Wills and Estates, Conveyancing and Civil Law. The principal, an Accredited Specialist with over 20 years of experience, leads with empathy, fairness and authenticity — creating an environment where lawyers can grow and truly enjoy their work.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage your own files while playing an active role in mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Oversee property, parenting and financial matters
• Provide supervision, support and training to junior lawyers
• Liaise with clients, counsel and other professionals
• Contribute to firm initiatives and the continued growth of the practice

What You’ll Bring

• 3-4 years PQE in Family Law with solid file management experience
• Confidence mentoring or guiding junior team members
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Steady, reliable and committed approach to your career
