About the Position: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Family Lawyer to join our client’s reputable team. In this role, you will manage a wide range of family law cases, including property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence. This position offers flexible work-from-home arrangements, making it ideal for professionals looking to balance their career with family commitments. You will also mentor junior lawyers and play a strategic role in the family law division’s growth.
Key Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years PAE in Family Law, preferably within a private practice
- Proven ability to handle complex family law cases independently
