Property Lawyer : retail and commercial leasing – property | 3 -4 PAE A strong opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer with leasing experience who wants quality matters, a varied client base and real career progression.
This role sits within an established property practice handling a broad mix of commercial property and leasing work.
Salary and Features of this position: - $120,000–$150,000 + super | ideally for 3-4 PAE in Property Law
- Sydney CBD or Parramatta location options
- Broad client exposure across developers, landlords, tenants, occupiers, business owners, corporate clients and private clients
- Varied work across commercial, retail, office, industrial and mixed-use property matters
- A genuine mix of commercial property, leasing and broader transactional work

About the role
You’ll work across commercial property and leasing matters, including:
- commercial leasing
- retail leasing
- landlord and tenant matters
- drafting and negotiating leases and related documents
- advising on day-to-day leasing issues
- assisting on broader commercial property transactions
- managing client relationships and matters
You’re likely to be exposed to a wide spread of clients and assets rather than one narrow stream of work.
That may include matters involving office, retail, industrial, commercial and mixed-use property, as well as clients ranging from business owners and occupiers through to developers and larger corporate groups.
Sydney CBD and Parramatta options also broaden the appeal from a commuting and lifestyle perspective.
What you'll bring You’ll ideally have:
- 3–4 years’ PAE Property Law
- experience in commercial property and leasing
- strong drafting, review and negotiation skills
- the ability to manage matters with appropriate supervision
- a commercial mindset
- strong attention to detail and client skills
