About the role
You’ll work on defendant CTP claims as part of a thriving statutory insurance practice.
The role is suited to someone who already has hands-on experience in personal injury defence and wants to keep developing in a team with strong support and a clear structure.
Your responsibilities are likely to include:
- managing your own defendant CTP files with supervision
- drafting advice, correspondence and legal documents
- advising on claims strategy and day-to-day file progression
- maintaining strong attention to detail across your matters
- working closely with senior lawyers and partners
- building client relationships and contributing to team outcomes
This is a permanent full-time role in either Sydney or Newcastle.
What you'll bring
You’ll ideally have:
- at least 2 years’ post-admission experience
- experience in the personal injury space, specifically defence CTP claims
- confidence managing your own files under supervision
- clear, concise legal writing skills
- excellent attention to detail
- a professional, team-focused approach
