About the role

You’ll work on defendant CTP claims as part of a thriving statutory insurance practice.
The role is suited to someone who already has hands-on experience in personal injury defence and wants to keep developing in a team with strong support and a clear structure.
Your responsibilities are likely to include:

• managing your own defendant CTP files with supervision
• drafting advice, correspondence and legal documents
• advising on claims strategy and day-to-day file progression
• maintaining strong attention to detail across your matters
• working closely with senior lawyers and partners
• building client relationships and contributing to team outcomes

This is a permanent full-time role in either Sydney or Newcastle.

What you'll bring

You’ll ideally have:

• at least 2 years’ post-admission experience
• experience in the personal injury space, specifically defence CTP claims
• confidence managing your own files under supervision
• clear, concise legal writing skills
• excellent attention to detail
• a professional, team-focused approach
