About the Position:

Our client is looking for a Professional Liability Solicitor (3 PAE) to join our clients’ team in Brisbane. The practice spans professional indemnity, D&O and management liability, with interesting work involving professionals across diverse industries—particularly real estate professionals.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a mix of litigated and pre-litigation professional liability matters
• Drafting clear, commercial advices to insurers and insured clients
• Analysing liability, causation and quantum, and preparing strategy notes
• Negotiations, mediations and settlement discussions (as matters require)
• Working closely with a collaborative team that shares knowledge freely

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ PAE in insurance or litigation (professional liability ideal, not essential)
• Strong analytical ability and sharp written drafting
• Positive, team-first approach and confidence communicating with stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines and keep matters progressing
