About the Role:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Associate in Employment Law (6+ PQE) to step into a position that offers future progression to Special Counsel. In this job you will;
  • Handle a diverse employment law portfolio for private business clients.
  • Lead and grow the Employment Law team, shaping its future direction.
  • Work closely with experienced legal professionals in a dynamic and supportive setting.
  • Have access to a tailored Pathway to Special Counsel (if joining at Special Counsel level).
  • Enjoy a balanced workflow with a reasonable daily billable target
Key Requirements:
  • 6+ PQE in Employment Law with a transferable practice of $250K+.
  • Strong background in well-regarded firms.
  • Stable career history with a commitment to long-term growth.
  • Desire to lead and develop a high-performing team.
