About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced
Special Counsel to step into a leadership role, with a clear pathway to Directorship.
As a key member of the firm, you will work alongside experienced professionals, including a Director, Senior Associate, and Law Student, while managing a high-quality workload. Matters will range from workplace disputes and industrial relations to compliance and advisory work, with occasional high-value employee matters.
What You Need to Succeed: - 8-10+ years PQE in Employment Law, ideally within a well-regarded firm.
- A portable practice of $250K+ to ensure a balanced workflow.
- Proven experience advising private businesses on a full spectrum of employment matters.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a desire to take charge of and grow a team.
- A stable career history (no frequent job changes).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
