About the Role:
As a Senior Associate (5-8 PQE) in employment law, you’ll lead major cases, provide strategic legal advice, and mentor a team of associates and junior lawyers. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and clients, tackling sophisticated employment matters that demand a high level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling high-value employment disputes & regulatory matters.
• Providing top-tier legal advice to corporate clients & executives.
• Leading complex negotiations & Fair Work Commission cases.

About You:

• 5-8 years PQE in employment law, with litigation experience.
