Job Description

Our client is a well-established Specialist Employment Law firm that is regarded as a trusted leader in employment law and workplace investigations. With a team of over 30 lawyers in Sydney CBD, they provide high-quality legal services to major corporates, government agencies, and institutional clients. 

Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package between $85,000 – $140,000 + Additional incentives (Can be negotiated on your experience)

About the Position:

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated Employment Lawyer who is passionate about employment law and interested in building a career in workplace investigations. You will work closely with a mix of top-tier experienced lawyers, associates, and junior colleagues in a supportive environment that values mentoring and development.

You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of matters, including workplace investigations involving misconduct, discrimination, and harassment, along with providing legal advice on termination, equal opportunity, enterprise agreements and industrial relations.

Key Requirements:
  • 2 years + PAE  in employment law.
