About the role
You’ll advise and act across a wide Workplace Health & Safety practice.
Typical matters are likely to include:
- Workplace health and safety incidents
- Prosecution proceedings
- Inquests
- Workplace and incident investigations
- Incident management advice
- Psychosocial incidents
- Regulatory investigations
- WHS systems and workplace culture
- Road transport and heavy vehicle national laws
- Building safety and building litigation
You’ll also work with clients across government and a range of commercial sectors, giving the role both depth and variety.
What you'll bring
You will have 2+ years’ experience from a respected Workplace Health & Safety or Employment law practice.
You’ll also have strong analytical and drafting skills, along with the communication and organisation needed to handle a varied practice well.
You’ll stand out if you bring:
- Experience or genuine interest in investigations
- Exposure to prosecutions or inquests
- Strong client communication
