About the Position: - Contract and commercial disputes (including urgent interlocutory work)
- Shareholder/director issues and business break-down disputes
- Misleading and deceptive conduct / ACL-related disputes
- Confidentiality restraints, employment-related disputes and enforcement
- IP/content/tech-adjacent matters (e.g., brand, copyright, digital issues)
- Court work including directions hearings, evidence prep, and briefing counsel

Key Requirements: - 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution (boutique or mid/top tier)
- Confident running matters end-to-end: pleadings, evidence, strategy and advice
- Court exposure (or strong interest) including interlocutories and directions hearings
- Strong drafting skills and ability to simplify complex issues for clients
- Comfortable briefing and instructing counsel, and collaborating with a lean team
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely client-focused
