The team:

The litigation team is structured for success, comprising an experienced Partner, two Senior Associates and a supportive team of junior lawyers ready to assist across matters.

About the Position:

• Contract and commercial disputes (including urgent interlocutory work)
• Shareholder/director issues and business break-down disputes
• Misleading and deceptive conduct / ACL-related disputes
• Confidentiality restraints, employment-related disputes and enforcement
• IP/content/tech-adjacent matters (e.g., brand, copyright, digital issues)
• Court work including directions hearings, evidence prep, and briefing counsel

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years PAE in commercial litigation/dispute resolution (boutique or mid/top tier)
• Confident running matters end-to-end: pleadings, evidence, strategy and advice
• Court exposure (or strong interest) including interlocutories and directions hearings
• Strong drafting skills and ability to simplify complex issues for clients
• Comfortable briefing and instructing counsel, and collaborating with a lean team
• Proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely client-focused
