What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage your client base with full autonomy while helping to shape the future of the practice.

• Lead complex employment, IR and executive matters
• Drive client development and relationship expansion
• Mentor mid-level lawyers and build workflow systems
• Collaborate with leadership on team planning and growth

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years’ PQE in employment or workplace law
• Transferable practice of $200K+
• Strategic mindset with mentoring and business acumen
• Desire to move into formal leadership within 12–18 months
