What you’ll be doing

You will work closely with senior litigators on high value and technically challenging disputes. This role is ideal for someone seeking progression and the chance to handle matters of increasing complexity.

• Develop litigation strategies across corporate, commercial and regulatory disputes
• Act in shareholder, partnership and contractual disagreements
• Support or lead insolvency matters including recoveries and reconstruction issues
• Draft sophisticated pleadings and prepare evidence for contested hearings
• Engage directly with clients and external stakeholders
• Contribute to team development and practice improvement initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Minimum five years PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience with or strong interest in insolvency disputes
• Sound judgment and strong written advocacy
• Interest in mentoring or supporting junior lawyers
