The role

As an Associate in the commercial litigation team, you’ll take ownership of files and work closely with experienced principals. This is a role offering direct client contact and exposure to significant disputes.
  • Managing commercial litigation and insolvency matters
  • Drafting pleadings, submissions and affidavits
  • Appearing in higher courts and attending mediations
  • Advising on disputes strategy and enforcement

What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years PQE in commercial litigation or insolvency
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills
  • Desire for hands-on client engagement
  • Collegiate and proactive mindset
