Their Brisbane office is growing, and they are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 3 years of post-admission experience in defendant insurance law to join their high-performing CTP team.

The Role!

This role offers the chance to work alongside highly experienced partners on a diverse range of Compulsory Third Party (CTP) and personal injury claims.

You will:

• Manage a broad caseload of insurance litigation matters
• Work closely with respected partners and senior lawyers who provide mentorship and guidance
• Strengthen your litigation, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Play an active role in client interactions, strategy development, and case management
• Have access to clear career pathways, allowing for progression within the firm

What You Bring!

• A minimum of 3 years PAE in defendant insurance law (CTP experience preferred)
