About the Client: Our client is a specialist plaintiff personal injury firm with modern offices in Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast. The team acts for injured people only (no win, no fee) and is known for a supportive, low-ego culture and efficient, paperless systems. Korean language skills are valued but not essential.

About the Position: Our client is looking for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyer to join our client’s team in either Brisbane CBD or the Gold Coast.
You’ll run a plaintiff-side caseload, including:

• CTP / motor vehicle accident claims
• Workers compensation matters
• Public liability claims
• Optional exposure to TPD and institutional abuse work (if interested)

You will manage files from first appointment to settlement, draft advice and key documents, attend mediations/conferences, and build strong client and referrer relationships. The focus is on well-run, high-quality matters (not volume churn).

Key Requirements:

• Australian practising certificate (current or obtainable)
• Around 3+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury
• Experience in CTP, workers comp and/or public liability
• Strong communication, organisation and client care
• Comfortable working independently and in a team
• Korean language skills highly regarded (not required)
