About the role!

You’ll work on a varied mix of commercial litigation matters, supporting clients through complex and often stressful disputes with clear advice, strong drafting and practical judgement.

• Advise clients across commercial litigation matters
• Draft court documents, applications and legal correspondence
• Liaise with counsel, contra lawyers, accountants and other third parties
• Work across construction, company, partnership, contract, consumer, finance, insurance, defamation, employment, insolvency, property and class action disputes
• Delegate and review work produced by junior solicitors, paralegals and administration staff
• Contribute to team development, accurate time recording and strong file management

What you'll bring!

• 3+ years PAE in litigation (private practice experience is needed)
• Strong interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills
• High attention to detail and ability to think laterally
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Willingness to contribute to the firm’s profile and your own professional growth
• Friendly, articulate and team-focused approach
• LEAP experience is beneficial, but not required
