Commercial Litigation Lawyer – 4-8 PAE – Sydney CBD

A dynamic, forward-thinking commercial law firm in Sydney’s CBD is looking for a mid-level Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 4–8 years post-admission experience (PAE) to join their dedicated litigation team.

You will work on a broad range of interesting commercial disputes, including contract claims, intellectual property matters, and franchising issues. Expect to run files end-to-end, draft pleadings and affidavits, appear in court, and deliver practical, commercial outcomes for clients. About the role

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution or settlement
• Provide strategic advice and work collaboratively on complex disputes
• Mentor juniors while receiving strong support and guidance from the Partner and two Senior Associates

About you:

• 4–8 years PAE focused on commercial litigation in a private practice environment
• Solid experience in contract disputes, interlocutory applications, and advocacy
• NSW admission (or eligible)
• Commercial mindset, excellent drafting and client skills, and a collaborative attitude
