Join a supportive, client-first personal injury practice in the heart of Sydney CBD where humility, genuine care, and high-quality advocacy come together.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2–5 PQE Personal Injury Lawyer to build on your experience in a collaborative ~30-person team with open-floor offices and a strong reputation for looking after both clients and staff.
Key responsibilities & highlights:
Handle a mixed plaintiff-side caseload focusing on Workers Compensation claims, Work Injury Damages (WID), and Public Liability matters
Manage files from intake through to settlement, NCAT, or court – with real hands-on involvement and autonomy as you grow
Mentor and guide junior solicitors in a team that values knowledge-sharing and professional development
Enjoy 1 work-from-home day per week for better balance
Work in a humble, compassionate environment dedicated to achieving meaningful outcomes for injured people
What we're looking for:
2–5 years PQE in Personal Injury (WC, WID, or PL experience highly regarded)
Strong file management skills, client empathy, and a team-oriented mindset
Admission in NSW and a current practising certificate
