$130,000 to $170,000 + super.

About the role! You’ll run and support litigation matters across QLD and Federal jurisdictions, including commercial disputes, property and strata matters, building and construction disputes, debt recovery, insolvency-related litigation and insurance claims-driven work.
The role also includes advisory and alternative dispute resolution work, with involvement in pleadings, evidence, submissions, mediations, settlement conferences, negotiated outcomes, QCAT matters and related regulatory disputes.
What you'll bring You’ll bring
2 to 8 years PQE in litigation, a solid grasp of court practice and procedure, and the confidence to manage files end-to-end or close to it.
You’ll also have strong drafting skills, attention to detail, commercial judgement and a client-first approach. Lawyers with experience across commercial, property or construction disputes will be especially well placed.
