What you’ll be doing
Managing 1st party property and multi-party property liability matters
Advising on coverage disputes and policy response issues
Handling large subrogated recoveries
Working on professional indemnity matters, particularly in defence of construction and property professionals
Running matters from inception through to resolution
Liaising directly with clients, experts, counsel and interstate colleagues
Keeping files moving with strong organisation, communication and commercial focus

Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience in 1st party property disputes or multi-party property liability claims
Strong litigation skills and confidence managing matters with a good level of autonomy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound drafting, file management and organisational capability
The ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities well
Professionalism, sound judgement and strong client service instincts
Coverage experience will be highly regarded
