What You Will Be Doing: - Lead by example while supporting clients recovering from injury or psychological challenges through evidence-based return-to-work strategies
- Provide clinical guidance and expert advice to consultants, clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
- Balance leadership responsibilities with your own flexible caseload and autonomous schedule
- Oversee assessments, participate in case conferences, and ensure best-practice recovery interventions
- Deliver high-quality services across Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensable schemes while mentoring your team

What You Will Need: - Tertiary qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
- Full professional registration (e.g., AHPRA, ASORC)
- Current police clearance or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver’s licence to support client travel and flexibility
- Full Australian working rights
