Are you a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of individuals navigating injury, illness, or psychological challenges?
Our client is seeking a dedicated allied health professional to deliver impactful occupational rehabilitation services that support recovery, restore function, and empower clients to achieve their goals. What you will be doing:
- Deliver holistic case management and coordinate tailored rehabilitation services to support client recovery
- Identify return-to-work (RTW) barriers and design individualised rehabilitation plans that address physical, psychological, and environmental needs
- Support clients in restoring functional capacity, promoting independence, wellbeing, and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including pre-employment health checks, functional capacity evaluations, and ergonomic assessments
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders—employers, insurers, medical professionals, and support networks—to provide effective recommendations and solutions
- Work across NES (New Employer Services) and OES (Original Employer Services), delivering high-quality interventions and achieving strong outcomes for all parties

What You Will Need: - Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or a related Allied Health field.
- AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC registration or equivalent professional registration.
- Own vehicle & fully clean driving license
