As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be instrumental in assisting individuals who have sustained workplace injuries, facilitating their journey back to employment, whether within their current role or a new one. This position is open to professionals coming from an Occupational Therapy, background. The role demands a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement and a commitment to delivering tailored rehabilitation solutions.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly
- Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
- Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic)
- Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients
- Working within the NES and OES space

What you will need: - Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists
- Full AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
