Job Description

Our client is a well-established community provider with 30 years of experience supporting people across Adelaide. With three locations and a growing OT team (currently 12–13 OTs), they’re known for their supportive culture, excellent staff retention, and a genuinely team-first approach.

About the position:
Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their expanding team, working primarily with adults (with some clients from 12+ years). This is a community and clinic-based role and can be tailored to suit your strengths—treatment-focused, assessment-focused, or a mix.

You’ll work across a broad range of services including:
  • NDIS (functional capacity, ADLs, supports and recommendations)
  • Aged care supports and assessments
  • Return to work and rehabilitation services
  • Opportunities to support schools and broader community programs where relevant
The workload is designed to be realistic and sustainable:
  • Ramp-up built over 6 months
  • WFH available for report writing and admin tasks
Employment options:
  • Permanent full-time and or part-time
  • Casual employment available on an hourly rate
  • Not typically a contracting model, though may be considered for the right person
On offer:
  • Salary guide around $90,000 + super
  • Motor vehicle reimbursement for community travel
  • PD allowance and access to provider resources
  • Salary packaging options
  • A genuinely supportive environment with great supervision, structured support and mentorship
  • Full admin team so you can focus on clinical work
  • Clear pathways for career growth across a large, established service
Key requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
  • Minimum 1–2+ years’ experience preferred
