Job Description

Join a thriving multidisciplinary clinic in South Morang with a genuinely supportive team and a sustainable workload. You’ll be part of a close-knit group of 15 clinicians across Speech, OT and Physiotherapy, with the flexibility to shape your caseload toward paediatrics or adults depending on what you enjoy most.

What’s On Offer
  • $85,000 to $115,000 (depending on experience)
  • Bonus structure for exceeding KPIs
  • Sustainable billables: 4 to 5 hours per day (includes travel, notes and admin)
  • Hybrid model: clinic, schools, community and WFH options
  • Community travel kept local: generally no more than 30 minutes from the clinic or your home
  • Dedicated admin team handling paperwork so you can focus on clients
  • Structured 6-month onboarding with ramp-up period

  • Referrals and caseload tailored to your preference (paeds, adults, or mixed)

Your Role:
  • Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services across clinic, schools, homes and community settings
  • Complete assessments, therapy and documentation aligned to your caseload preferences
  • Communicate confidently with families, schools and key stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly mentoring, supervision and team development
  • Maintain high-quality notes, reports and progress tracking
  • Contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or eligibility)
  • Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
