Job Description

A Respected non-profit delivering evidence-based services across Perth. With 110+ clinicians (Speech Pathologists, OTs, Psychologists), they’re known for collaborative MDT care, AAC expertise, and flexible working arrangements that prioritise clinician wellbeing and outcomes for clients. 

You’ll deliver clinic, community and telehealth services across a mixed paediatric and adult NDIS caseload near East Fremantle. You’ll work on functional communication, AAC, and supportive mealtime management, providing:
  • Evidence-based therapy for speech sound disorders, autism, feeding/mealtime
  • Caseloads spanning early intervention, school-age and adults
  • MDT case conferences for complex presentations
  • Protected time with administrative & scheduling support so you can focus on clients
Flexibility: Full-time or part-time. Work from home is available around appointments and report writing.

What’s On Offer
  • Salary packaging up to $15,900 p.a. + meals & entertainment card
  • Laptop & mobile phone provided, with training on clinical systems & AAC devices
  • Reimbursed travel (or pool vehicles) for community visits within 30 minutes of your hub
  • Locations: Shenton Park, East Fremantle, Midland, Joondalup
  • Salary $80,000 - $115,000 + Super + Additional Benefits

You’ll Need
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and eligibility for SPA membership
  • Working with Children Check (WA) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle (or ability to use pool vehicles)
