Job Description

Join the team of Occupational Therapists around the South Lake Suburbs
Work Type: Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Salary Guide: $90,000 – $120,000 + Super + Bonus

You’ll work with a mixed NDIS caseload, the Occupational Therapy stream is seeing particularly strong demand from paediatric and teen clients (often Autism, ADHD and emotional regulation needs).

There’s also scope to shape your caseload based on interest — without being locked into one single area. (80% interest area / 20% clinic demand)

Expect a caseload that includes:

  • Common presentations: Autism, ADHD, sensory processing, emotional regulation, functional capacity needs, and everyday participation goals
  • Some clients with higher-risk presentations, supported appropriately (no expectation to take high risk unless you’re comfortable and competent)
  • A steady stream of new referrals (the clinic is growing quickly)
Skills that will make you stand out: We need an Occupational Therapist who is NDIS competent and can operate independently with report writing and planning.

Highly regarded experience includes:
  • Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs)
  • Bonus skills: SDA, Assistive Technology (AT), Home Mods
  • Strong clinical judgement and confidence in managing a varied caseload with new referrals
The support + resources:
  • Admin team of 3: handles client onboarding + admin tasks, keeps your calendar open so you choose session structure
  • 5 KPI/day, flexible hours — want a Friday off? Fine if KPIs are met across the week
  • Monthly bonus incentives if you exceed KPI targets
  • Travel reimbursement $0.99/km (claim full kilometres)
  • Phone + laptop provided
  • Dual screen set-up at the clinic for every staff member
  • Clinic rooms available and paeds resources on site
  • Access to Q-global assessments to make assessment delivery and scoring easier
  • If clients need specific resources, the company is happy to purchase what’s required
Supervision + onboarding:
  • First week: no KPI expectations
  • First couple of weeks: sit down with the manager, learn systems, settle into the role
  • Supervision tailored to you: from frequent check-ins to monthly, with extra support anytime needed
Culture: Young, professional, and genuinely laid back, the team works hard, has a laugh, and places huge value on people who contribute to a positive culture and bring good energy.
