The Opportunity!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer (3+ PAE) who is looking for more than just a job—this is a stepping stone towards becoming a key decision-maker within the firm.

You will be involved in:

• Advising on complex commercial transactions and corporate structures
• Drafting and negotiating high-value contracts, shareholder agreements, and mergers & acquisitions
• Providing strategic legal guidance to businesses, ensuring compliance and risk management
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth

Key Requirements!

• Minimum 3 years PAE in Commercial Law
