About the Role!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Family Lawyer with at least four years of post-admission experience to join our client’s Perth office. You will play a key role in providing expert legal advice across a range of family law matters, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Property settlements and financial agreements
• Parenting disputes and child support matters
• De facto and same-sex relationship matters
• Relocation and intervention orders

In this role, you will work closely with a national team of experienced family lawyers, manage your own caseload, and contribute to business development through strong client relationships and referral networks. You will also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers while benefiting from ongoing training and career development.

Key Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Australia with at least four years of post-admission experience in family law (private practice)
• Strong ability to manage cases independently and provide strategic legal advice
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in business development and referral network growth
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Commercially minded with strong time management skills
