About the Role!

This role is ideal for a Family Lawyer seeking financial independence and flexibility. Operating as an independent contractor, you will manage a variety of family law matters, including:

• Parenting disputes and child custody cases
• Property settlements and financial agreements
• Divorce and separation proceedings
• Intervention orders and domestic violence matters

You will have the freedom to set your own schedule while staying connected with a team through regular Zoom meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate
• Minimum of three years post-admission experience in family law
• Strong ability to manage cases independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and efficiency
