About the Role!

This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer (5+ years PAE) looking to take their career to the next level.

You will handle a broad range of property law matters, including:

• Commercial and residential property transactions
• Leasing and development projects
• Contract negotiation and advisory work
• Property disputes and settlements

This role offers the chance to work alongside senior partners on complex and high-value transactions, gaining direct exposure to clients and key industry stakeholders. Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PAE in property law (commercial experience advantageous)
• Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and leasing matters
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills
• Ambition to progress into a leadership or partnership role
• Admitted as a solicitor in Australia with a current Practising Certificate
