If you are a lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial law and/or estate planning, this is the kind of role that can give you a genuine next step.
You’ll join an established Sydney CBD practice in a role offering direct client relationships, varied matters and the chance to work closely with senior lawyers while still running your own files.

This is not a narrow support role.
It is a visible, client-facing position for someone who enjoys practical advice, bespoke drafting and working across both commercial/business matters and estate planning.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across a mix of commercial and estate planning matters with strong day-to-day responsibility.
Your work is likely to include:

• advising on a broad range of commercial and business matters
• drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• advising on and preparing wills and related estate planning documents
• assisting on both straightforward and more complex estate planning matters
• managing files with a high level of autonomy
• building direct client relationships and providing practical, tailored advice
• working closely with senior lawyers while handling matters independently

What you’ll bring
You will ideally have:

• at least 3 years’ PQE
• solid experience in commercial law and/or estate planning
• confidence managing matters with a good level of autonomy
• strong drafting, communication and client relationship skills
• the ability to provide practical, plain English advice
• sound judgement, attention to detail and a proactive approach
