The Opportunity
If you are a Personal Injury Lawyer or Associate with 4–6 years’ PQE, this is the kind of role that can give you a proper next step.
You’ll join an established Parramatta practice in a new role where you can build your profile, run meaningful matters and work closely with experienced senior lawyers.
This is not a back-room support role. It is a visible, client-facing position with the chance to take ownership and keep developing your practice in personal injury and workers compensation.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across a mix of personal injury and workers compensation matters with solid day-to-day responsibility.
Your work is likely to include:
- managing personal injury and workers compensation files
- advising clients from intake through to resolution
- handling negotiations and settlement discussions
- preparing correspondence, evidence and legal documents
- liaising with insurers, medical experts and other stakeholders
- progressing litigated matters where required
- supporting clients through sensitive and often high-stakes situations
Why this role should appeal - You’ll be joining an established Parramatta team with a recognised legal platform, a steady flow of work and the infrastructure to support you properly.
- The role is also newly created, which gives it a different feel.
- There is room to make an impact, shape your position and step into a team where your contribution should be noticed.
- For lawyers in PI / WC, that combination can be hard to find.
- You’re getting the balance of quality work, autonomy, support and a competitive salary of $150,000 to $180,000
Requirements:
You will ideally have:
- 4–6 years’ PQE
- solid experience in personal injury and/or workers compensation
