Our client is a specialist commercial law with offices in Brisbane and Melbourne and is expanding into Sydney. The firm is led by a forward- thinking Principal who comes from a Top Tier Law Firm background.

About the position:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a commercial law firm or in-house
• Work Type: Full-time with remote support (with an opportunity to build your own support) 
• Practice Areas: M&A, general commercial, property, tech, and employment law
• Exciting opportunities to work on challenging cases and complex legal matters. We act for a diverse range of corporate clients, from ASX top 50 clients to startups and SMEs.

Requirements:

• Ideally 5 years + PAE in Commercial/Corporate Law - Private or in-house experience 
• Having a network of transferable clients (if you are at more senior level)
